The Truth about the Cross

We often put down those who are unsure if they believe in God, but we all have our own struggles with our faith. I often wonder if I would be one of the twelve disciples if I would have chosen to follow Jesus. This may seem like a simple question, but I really don't know if I would have. The cross was never a symbol of hope until Jesus died on the cross. The cross was originally a symbol of death as many Christians in the early church were persecuted on the cross for their beliefs.
