Fear of Failure....
Good evening all... Today was a tough day as I took one of the most important tests for my career. I keep thing about What if... Which is a not a good way to think as God provides for you no matter who you are, where you live, or what circumstance you are in God is there for. But even though I constantly tell others that God will provide, I often question my own self out of fear. Fear is a big part of life. We often find ourselves holding back out of fear... fear of failure fear of getting hurt, fear of financial loss.... I could go on and on listing all the things that we fear. But do not fear as our god always provides. If you open up your bible to verse Psalm 27:1, "The lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be a afraid?"
But we must not forget to thank god for what he has given us. As many Christians think it is enough to say grace every so often. Bring your troubles to god as he will calm all of your fears.

The biggest thing is to learn to trust the Lord with everything. Through out the bible you can see that many times people were faced with life or death situations which they had to bring all of the fears to our God. But we must have trust in the lord as he is our strength and shield as many did before us. Learning to trust is one of the greatest virtues.
For instance in the story of Noah and the Ark, Noah must have been very fearful as not only was he entrusted with the duty of saving all the animals on earth but many people probably did not believe him. God left very precise instructions on how Noah was to construct this Ark and he only gave Noah seven days to do so. Noah probably was very scared especially for the lives of his family and friends as he could only take so many along with him. After the floods came, Noah and his family stayed on the Ark for forty days and forty nights. Could you even imagine the imagine being on a boat for the long especially with the stench of the animals and the fear of not knowing what is to come? But god provides as he states to Noah after the floods, "I give you everything" Psalm 9:3. Entrust god with all your fears as God will provide. I am a strong believer that we must put effort in order for god to provide.
