My Favorite Place in Monterey
Hello all... Thank god today is Saturday. Today I went for a beautiful ride down Highway 1 which is one of the most beautiful drives in the world. I got to say the only thing I really love about California is Highway 1. I decided to take pictures along the way to show you all what how beautiful this drive really is. I am sure going to miss this. I decided to stop and fly a kite at the beach... I have always told myself as long as I am in California I am going to fly a kite at the beach. So today I did.
I really am trying to enjoy my last days in not so sunny area of California as Northern California is more often foggy and cold then sunny and hot... Every time I talk to some one back home they ask me how the weather is and I have to explain to them that Monterey is not part of Sunny California rather most of the time it is foggy. I have come to enjoy the fog and will really miss it here in a few weeks as the the heat of Texas scares me.
So this week I am just praying that god will show me the directions he wants my life to go. As I am taking one of the most important tests of my career... I know I really should be studying this second but I decided to take a much needed break and write some things down as it tends to help me relax. I will officially find out my fate in the military here in 5 more days... Please if you could just send out a prayer for me so that I will pass this test.
